• Works effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers on requirements for new and current requisitions and ensures that job descriptions is accurate and up-to-date. • Create Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring. • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field. • Provides insightful data and analytics on responsible HR areas to enable the business to make fact-based and strategic decisions on people related topics. • Promote and improve the efficiency of human resources operations and participate/lead in human resource projects.
. • Implements Lean Operations and oversees execution of corresponding processes.Quality Management • Ensures effective quality management, including adherence to quality standards, customer requirements, and continuous quality improvement across production and supply chain activities.EHS & Safety • Ensures compliance with local laws and internal operational guidelines, including EHS and job safety, acting on behalf of management when they are not directly represented, while management retains authority to issue directives. • Develops new EHS improvement concepts or enhances existing ones in close cooperation with the BU (Business Unit) EHS representative, ensuring their implementation.Leadership & Team Development • Leads, develops, and motivates employees within the area of responsibility.Other Duties • Performs other duties as assigned.
